I am a wedding photographer, and I am looking for a graphic designer to work on the wedding’s albums. Obviously, I will provide the images touched up and ready to put on the album and the indications for the design. Each album design as to be exclusive and unique as the wedding and the couple, that is why it is impossible to use a patron, and I need a professional designer to help me.
Usually, the album included about 130 pictures in 25 spreads (50 pages). Some spreads will have one image others with 7-10 images on the high side. I do like some extra effects such as the use of gradients, frames, borders and so on....but without being over done. I can show you some samples if we get to that point.
The deadline to design a book will be 2 weeks maximum from the sending of the pictures. And the volume of work will be at least 15 albums to design per year.
I need someone able to make an albums design sophisticated, timeless (modern but also classic) and with good finishes, starting from zero. The book has to be design in Photoshop or at least in Indesign.
The designer who I will work with has to be responsible, serious, enthusiastic, and creative and implicate in his job. He has to know the importance of the deadlines, and to have a good communication especially in case of problem.
I am looking for establishing a long-term partnership, so that I am looking for someone available to cooperate for all year long.

I love beautiful, simple things that have that something that makes you happy. I believe it's important for wedding albums to reflect the wedding theme, but most importantly to show the happiness and joy and the love that the couple share. I understand how important the wedding album is for the just married couple, so I'll put 100% when designing it.
I am communicative and I always respect my due dates. I am exigent with myself so I am always trying to do better. Designing is a hobby to me(I'm a student ) and I am very excited whenever I work, and I am even happier when I work on wedding related jobs. I just feel that my design is more appreciated and the happiness of the client motivates me.

I have just come across your job offer and would love to give it a try. I am working on my own wedding album at the moment and I think it's coming along quite well. I work with a program provided by the company we will print the album at, but as a Fashion Designer I am used to working with InDesign. I am very happy to send you pictures of my album if you want to see them and I would like to layout the two spreads for you. In General I would say I like minimalism rather that overloaded albums, my album is an mixture of sometimes only one picture on a page and sometimes 4 or five, all arranged in a square that sits in the middle of the page and leaves a white frame around each picture arrangement.
