Convert Javascript to PHP Code to get JSON Data from API

I am currently getting JSON data from an API. The data is being parsed with Javascript. Everything works the way it should with the JS code, but I need to retrieve the JSON data from the API on the server side in PHP. I need the current javascript variables to be PHP variables that I can call on the page to get the values I need in order to set the page title, META description and META keywords for each item.
There are 4 PHP files that display data and 1 PHP file with the "master" javascript that retrieves data from the API. These are the only files that should need to be modified.
I will provide the 5 PHP files with Javascript code in-lined and the API documentation. The JS code is commented and described in each file. Using the javascript method, everything is working perfectly except for the following:
- page title is being changed after page load (bad for SEO and indexing)
- need to create a META description tag using info from variables in the JSON data
- need to create a META keywords tag using info from variables in the JSON data
Since these variables need to be unique and come from the server side, using javascript to parse the API, while 100% working, is not really an option.
Retrieving the JSON data from API using PHP and then storing the current javascript variables as PHP variables should solve this issue.
