Create a Joomla Template

We have a website running Joomla with Hikashop and Hikamarket (marketplace software). The template that we have is compatible with Hikashop but not Hikamarket and we need someone to come in and clean up the template, so that it works with both plugins. We also need someone to ensure that the software is running correctly for when we launch in February. The site is currently live and has a few people already signed up, so we do not want to lose those people. We are trying to make the software work like amazon / [login to view URL] and etsy. You must already have a working knowladge of the Hikamarket and Hikashop software if yu decide to bid on the job and you must also have an excellent command of english. We may also need you to build us a UK based shipping plugin as there isn't currently one with this software. In short, we need you to: Check that the software is set up correctly, so that front end users do not have access to things that they do not need, Make sure that the template looks professional and well designed and checked to ensure that it remains responsive to all devices. (the template is based on the gantry framework). And finally, layed out to look like Amazon / Play. We will be happy to pay a deposi of 10% of the winning bid for you to start the work and then in pay more in stages agreed by us both. Our advertising has already gone out and we need someone who can give us their full attenstion (not work for 10 different people at one time).
