TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Like the gif emoticon from Google that operates across platforms, this gif or emoticon must be an animatd revolving sphere with three changing faces. 1) The Planet Earth. 2) A Corporate Logo of Coca Cola. 3) A Flower. Then in addition that gif/ visual emoticon has to be the URL hotlink that when clicked, a pop-up windows comes up that shows a larger version of the PLANET EARTH for 1 second, then shows a larger vrsion of the FLOWER for 1 second, then shows a VINE VIDEO for (6-7 seconds). This moving window already exists as Google Chat floating window. This is in Google Chrome. Essentially this is not a program but rather an animation with minor programming. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Upon clicking this Emoticon, it is absolutely essential that a small pop-up screen comes up. Ideally, that the pop-up screen not be a generic javascript pop-up, but rather one like google chat that follows you on all platforms and that looks cleaner than regular BROWSER WINDOWS. 2. It is absolutely critical that this animation can be opened up on any type of version of WINDOWS and Operating system. If only certain video cards will be able to run this concept, please let us know. 3. The designs of the EARTH, the FLOWER, and the COCA COLA have to look clean. 4. This will be an all or nothing project. Meaning, there will only be full payment after product is seen on SKYPE VIDEO CHAT operating on your system. 5. The successful candidate can expect a potentially very lucrative permanent - long-term position in the future, as this is for a HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED start-up firm. Or at the very worst, more contracts and projects will be definitely offered in the future. 6. Our apologies for the harsh terms, but we believe that this project could be done so quick in any case, and it really does have to be done right and look right.
