Dial in aplication for 900 number

The Aplication that i need is to recive call from dialin modem from 900 number.

**_Overview_**

I have a e-store , and user can buy only if the fill there account with money then the ammount will be balance in there account so thay can pay to any product in my store .

I have now tow payment methods 1- Credit Cards 2- Prepaid cards for this shop that i am sell in the market to allow users to charge there account in my store .

now i want to make another payment method to allow users to charge or recharge there account .

It is 900 number .

**_The Aplication

I want to allow user to dial to my 900 number to refill his account in my store .

when the user dial to my 900 number a message will answer him with greetings and them ask him to enter his ID number in my store . when the user enter his ID number the software should repeat the number for user to conferm .then user should hear some music untill one minut and he should hear a recorded sound " you already recharged you account with $x you can continu to charge your account with more money "

etc ..

when the user hangup the software should record ammount of $x for this user account . ( as the rate we set for example 1 min = $10 ) .

The PC that this application installed in is connected to internet 24 hours , so time to time this application send new customers data to my website and update users records . ( let say each 10 minuts , what ever ).

my website using ASP , MSSQL .

The program should be able to change some settings like how much should recharge per minuts , and how often it should upload the data to internet .

About the ASP coding that will be used to update the remote database i can make it .
