Duplicate Spreadsheet in ASP

I need an ASP function that can produce the attached amortization schedule. This could be a vbscript function or an OCX control. The solution **must not assume** that Excel is installed. I need to feed the OCX control or function the first 6 values for Principal (B2), WAC(B3), WAM(B4), CPR(B5),SMM(B6), and Premium(B8) and the beginning month(A50) and have it return the data in the spreadsheet for columns A-P for rows 51-230. The spreadsheet has all the formulas and the data must be returned in an array matrix. This needs to be called from an ASP page.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) You will send us the following

* The Function or OCX source code.

* And ASP page that will prompt for the 7 input values and return the data displayed. (This is a test page only).

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I want to point that H12 uses the IRR function. The value in H12 is used to caculate values in the spreadsheet. Please make sure you understand this function before bidding.

A google search on 'calculating IRR' leads to some 'C' code that might work as a guide for coding it in VB.
