We require a slight modification to the way our e-commerce website is handling UK Switch, Solo and Maestro payments.
Some of our customers cards have issue start dates on their debit cards and this is fine and the process works no problem.
The problem occurs when the customer has a card issue number instead of a start date. Our sign up form is rigged so that you have to enter a start date, when like i said, some customers cards done have start dates.
We need the workings of our two payment forms ammending so it works for both types cards, while still ensuring that enough information is passed to PayPal to authorise the card.
Our e-commerce website is based on the ProductCart software (<[login to view URL]>) and access to the source code is available. We will give FTP access to the coder.
We really need the forms setting up in a test environment so we can be absolutely sure that its working the way we want before we upload the change to the live site. We cant afford to have work being done on our live site because we're taking payments all the time. We cant afford any downtime whatsoever.
