Modify an existing purchase order website:
1. Create a search field for item numbers (search by description or item #)
2. Create a database or database fields? for item numbers, item description, last known price & item location
3. If description match, autopopulate all other fields (item #, location, price, etc). Same if item number match
4. Add check box for "Emergency". For items check emergency, "emergency" gets sent in existing email notification to approver/supplier.
5. Add "Save Draft" function for purchase orders in process
6. Modify existing workflow function to move work orders on hold to initiator "Waiting my Approval" page.
7. Mofify "approver signature" input field to autopopulate existing settings from database rather than blank
8. Zero out dollar values when modifying a P.O. entered in wrong currency values or amount
9. Put "currency code" of selected ? currency next to dollar amount field.
? e.g. XCD, USD, GBP, etc.?
10. Modify existing "purchase order" template to fit more line-items and use 8.5x11 paper stock more efficiently
11. Auto close print window after print completion
12. Currenly a user can add a vendor without review or approval. Add function where vendor cannot be selected until approved by CFO. To allow CFO approval, a approve vendor button/screen need to be added where only CFO (level 4 approver) can click or select approve. Add an approved by and approval date fields to database to accept this info.
