*PROFESSIONAL* Web Programming Expert Needed

I am looking for a TRUE MASTER at website programming / development. Someone who takes great pride in their reputation of client satisfaction and over delivering on the quality of their work.

The general function of this website will be pulling / scraping data from another website, and organizing the data on my website (there will be *many* other features / bells and whistles, but this is the general concept)..

I need a freelancer skilled in:

-Creating dynmatic php websites with ruby on rails, C#, or other backend

-Someone highly experienced with web scraping and organizing the data on another database / website...

-Someone experienced with wordpress and making modifications to wordpress / plugins / themes

-Someone who can fully debug programming code and deliver a clean, bug free experience that is easy on server resources (You will also need to tell me the MINIMUM server requirements to run your code smoothly without problems)

-Someone who can meet / hit DEADLINES THEY AGREE to... If you are a programmer who cannot at least somewhat accurately forecast how long it will take you to do a task, we would not make a good working relationship, and I will not pay someone who cannot meet deadlines they agree to... This is a VERY IMPORTANT point.

-Must be able to sign NDA before starting.

-Someone who can deliver the source code + the completed website

-Someone who agrees this is a work for hire, and that I will retain 100% ownership of all source code / intellectual property rights concerning the website.

-*BONUS* (not required but desired) Someone who could design a theme / home page that looks like these visually:

This could be an EXTREMELY simple job for a person with the *right* skills...

You should have the skills / ability to program, for example: Twitter, Gmail, and Facebook from scratch and / or by manipulating Wordpress / mysql back end. Not saying the website will be as time consuming as creating facebook, but you will need those type of skills to complete this project. You must know EXACTLY what they are doing. If you do not have the proper skills to do this, you will not be paid, so lets please not waste each other's time.

This job will basically involve:

1) building a system that will continuously migrate data via scraping / crawling from 1 other website

2) showing / organizing the above data on my website, and providing display / organizing options for users of my site (There will be a lot of small features / details)

3) detailed email alert system to notify visitors of events concerning their organizing options

4) integration with wordpress + membership plugin (I will purchase)

5) UI / wordpress customization

6) debugging / performance testing / geling everything together for a finished product
