Web Presence - Marketing Site

I am starting a fax broadcast company. I need someone to create the site for me. This project will be 90% design We are a Fax Broadcasting Company I am looking for the following components: 1- Jazzy Flash Presentation at least 1 minute long showing how fax broadcasting works, etc 2- Several Content Pages talking about what we do 3- a place where users can login and do the following: a- see progress of their campaign (This will simply be pulling information from a table, website will actually have no power over the fax) b- Upload a fax (This will simply upload the file and notify me by email) I want as little to do with this project as possible! I want someone who can do all the content themselves, design the site. All I should need to be asked for is approval on designs, contact information, company name and server information for you to upload the site I have posted design projects on RentACoder before and generally I get alot of Cut & Pasted bids with 40 links that have no relevance to me. If you do this you bid will likely be ignored. **_(CONTINUED ON DELIVERABLES SECTION)_** ## Deliverables Here is a description on how I would like the Back End for the customer to see when they login 1- People will come to our site and request information via a contact form or be given our phone number 2- We will speak with them on the phone and decide if we will accept their business. If we do we will assign them a username and password (Which we will manually enter into MS SQL Server) 3- Customer will Login and Upload a Document (Can be a dozen of different file types) 4- Server will store this file and notify me by Email 5- I will manually enter Status of "Processing File" into SQL Table 6- I will FTP into server and download the file and make the necessary adjustments to it on my computer 7- I will send it to my Fax Server and set the job up for broadcast 8- I will manually enter Status of "Job Started" 9- from time to time I will check status of job and update SQL Table to state "Job is 52% complete" 10- Job is finished I will mark project as "Completed" upload a report that the customer will be able to download 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
