Website Application Development

Design will be provided in a photoshop file. I would like the developer to create the functioning website with the following functions... Housed on the “landing” page would be the ability to login or create a new account and/or login to existing account. Once user logs in after they have signed up it would take them to their appropriate level they have signed up for. User would have the ability to sign up for one of three levels of membership: open knowledge, basic membership, and professional membership. Each membership level will vary in cost. Content for the various areas would be provided by Universal REO. Each membership level would be more or less its own website as the content for each area would vary. The Admin panel would need the ability to update the three levels. When subscribing to the basic and professional memberships the user would be required to provide a credit card for the monthly automatic subscription. The credit card would be stored in the Admin panel and would be charged automatically each month until the user cancels their account The Admin panel needs the ability to add text, images, and upload PDF’s. Within the admin panel there would be the three levels of membership and you would click into that level to edit that content The ability to create a video library within the Admin panel. This would archive digital video clips. Additional function: Create the ability for banks to search for agents. A box would be housed in a column on the right side of the page. Banks could search the agent database by zip code. So there will need to be a place in the backend for agents to be added.
