Job Description:

The project is part of interactiv activity of new museum. The children will split into 5 groups. They will hear backgroud music, and using special musical instruments (that will be build by us and produce I/O press) they will ADD sounds to the backgroud music. The added music should be placed quantized. That means that each press of the musical instrument should be add sound, but if it need to be insert 1 second ahead the computer should delay the sound.

The system should be placed on 6 computers in local net. The first computer is the main one, which play the background music. All the other 5 are the musical instruments. We will connect them to the musical instruments - using I/O cards. From you we need 2 applications : one for the main computer, and the other for the other 5. The first one, start playing the background music and "mark" the other 5 - "we start playing". The second application that will be placed on the other 5 will add the sounds. All the sounds can be WAV or MP3. The playing on the computer could be using regular keyboard - we will take it from there and connect the playing to our I/O card.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
