Job Site

I am looking to develop a simple job portal site. The candidate will be able to upload video into a database which can be searched using particular parameters.

# Register as a candidate or employer.

# A three level system –

1. Guest (no uploading capabilities, only able to tour the site)

2. Registered-users (uploading capabilities)

3. Administrators (capacity to fully control and maintain the site and database)

. Favicon insertion

16. The site should be easy to maintain and backup (even by someone who is not a programmer)

17. Simplicity in use and function

18. Scaleable DB

# I need to be able to make quick and easy changes to all pages.

# Progress bar while uploading video

There will be two sections to the site, a candidate section and an employer section both will have video upload abilities.

Please only apply if you have the necessary and relevant skills to develop the project. I have already had one time waster who has now set the project deadline back.
