I am attaching to this Bid Request a Visual C project that I want to convert "as-is" into a Visual Basic 6 project.
This is open-source GNU code created in C++. Here is a description of the source code by the GNU people:
"The source code includes VC project files (.dsw) and a makefile to build for use under Linux. Starcat uses [V][1] , a free, multiple platform C++ graphical user interface framework for cross platform compatability."
It is very straight forward. Your joc is to clone this project into VB6 and make it work like the original. No new code, no changes, just port it over.
## Deliverables
The final VB6 project needs to duplicate the original project. It is a straight port-over from C+ to VB6. I need the entire VB6 project files and a working .exe compiled from what you ported. I will supply you with a working version from the C project if I accept the bid, so you may see what the end product should look like.
I would like the code commented if possible. I may be adding some 3rd party .ocx's to enhance the user interface BUT I want you to code it to make it work just from straight code supplied.
