We want to add streaming video functionality to our current toolbar product. Basically, we want to be able to watch streaming video, or a local avi, mpg, etc from our toolbar product. Ideally, this would be accomplished via an open source video package that can work cross-platform (Mac, Windows). We are also willing to use Flash as the player and simply use an html container to "drop-down" out of the toolbar for viewing. Depending on your background, I can split this project between IE and Firefox. Our IE is coded in C++ so no need to respond if you want to do it in VB, delphi, etc. Firefox is obviously done in XUL, XPCOM, etc.
