553 Fix Broken Links PHP - ADD CMS

PHP / MySQL EXPERT NEEDED. I moved my website to a new host. Since moving to the new host, ADMIN CONSOLE / CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM has broken links as well as the website has some broke links. I have all the files for the website. DATABASE IS IN MYSQL. This website is for an employment agency and has some resumes and other data on the ADMIN CONSOLE, which can not be viewed. I need TWO MAJOR issues done (one is to Fix, the other is to Create / Add ): 1- CHANGE The ADMIN CONSOLE / CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COMPLETELY, it is awful and half the links / data never worked. I do not want it FIXED, I want a BRAND NEW CMS / ADMIN CONSOLE. I MUST have a new Control Panel where I have the ability to change the web pages. For example: Fonts, Data, Text, Photos, Colors, etc. I have 2 other ADMIN CONSOLES (one is LISK, one is Similar) which I love on other websites I own. I can show you the features I want. I prefer an OUT-OF-THE- BOX CONTROL PANEL- CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM which is licensed/proven SOFTWARE, as opposed to one you have developed yourself. FOR EXAMPLE: LISK CMS or SIMILAR. 2- I need a PHP / MySQL expert to go through the entire website, find the broken links and fix all of them. The website is about 30 pages. There is an ONLINE Application, which the SUBMIT button does not work and a few other links which are broken. ------------------------ THE JOB: Some errors / issues / things which need to be fixed: 1- The USER ID And Password Login works, to the ADMIN CONSOLE / CONTROL PANEL- CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, but the DATA Links do not work. The data links to either the LOGIN page or an ERROR Page, not the data, I do not care if we remove all the data and START FRESH, but we need the same layout of data, with the ability to download it to MICROSOFT ACCESS and / OR EXCEL. 2-All the data (MySQL) has been moved to the new host, but the links are not working. Most of this data is from Job Applicants with Resume Attachments. I can download the DATA, but not the resume, unless, I click on each line individually. QUESTION: Can you develop a way in the ADMIN CONSOLE / CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for me to download ALL the data, including the Resume Attachment to Microsoft ACCESS or EXCEL? Most Resumes will be in MS WORD format, but I need to simplify the download process if I get 20 ONLINE APPLICATIONS a week. 3-I possibly need the links / URLs to be renamed, so they HAVE A GENERIC NAME, so regardless of what company hosts the website, the LINKS will always work. I am not sure if I need this, you can tell me if I do. 4-The site also has a lot of errors, so I need a PHP / MySQL EXPERT (ONLY), who can fix them. The programmer must have a good command of the English Language (preferable from the US, Canada, UK, Australia) I need them to go through the entire site, link by link, find the problems and fix them. *I'm not a PHP / MySQL expert and can't determine what ALL the problems are, so I need you to be able to FIND and RESOLVE the errors, which I only can view from the error page of my web host. I want this PHP Expert to REVIEW THE ENTIRE SITE, fix the errors and create a NEW ADMIN CONSOLE / CONTROL PANEL- CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Like LISK CMS. 4- I need a few spelling errors fixed on the page as well, which I can point out and correct and you can change in the page content. I do not need you to find these spelling errors, I know where they are. They just need to be changed. Once I have the new ADMIN console, I can do this myself. 6-I may add a few documents to upload to an undeveloped page. (Career Changes Page) 7 - ALSO, there is a mirror domain to this site, which points to the first site, but also needs the issues fixed on it as well, in case the 2nd site ever runs independently. Everything is EXACTLY the SAME on the 2nd WEBSITE, except for the URL. Please note: I will only consider those with excellent feedback and need the site and ADMIN CONSOLE / CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM completed within 14 days.
