Adwords API Developer Needed

I am looking to have a script (PHP,PERL,CGI) or windows application developed that will work in together with the new Google **Adwords API** system: [login to view URL] I would suggest that the developer is familiar with the current system, or is willing to create a test account to see how the functionality is done in the web interface. I would like this application to do the regular normal tasks that are allowed from the Adwords API including: -Retrieve different reports -Create New Campaign, Delete, Create Ad Groups, Add Keywords, Cost per click,etc -Copy/Delete/Move campaigns around, etc These are very standard actions that are done through the current adwords interface. I would also like to have it store the results, or data somehow to be later reviewed, analyzed,etc. Possibly give estimates, suggested bids, etc all based on calculations There are many things that can be done with the API, so anything that can be added will be good. I would like to find someone who is familiar with using or developing ppc type campaign systems so they will already know what is needed to be done, and what the benefits of certain tasks truly are. I am willing to share my Google Adwords Developer Key for the chosen user to test and develop with. I am hoping to have this completed as soon as I can. I would like to get right to work. Show me Examples of anything related I don't have time to waste, so please **_only bid if you are qualified and understand the API_** and know what needs to be done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
