I require an Outlook VBA macro that can be assigned to a button on the New Appointment Dialog toolbar that will assign the current appointment to a specific category (hard coded into the macro itself). In effect it would open the category dialog and check off the appropriate category.

1) Complete and fully-functional working code of all work done that can be inserted in the Outlook VBA environment..
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows - code must be ready to be inserted in to Outlook and assigned to the New Appointment Dialog toolbar.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
