Church Website Redesign

*Here's an easy project for someone with a good graphical eye, some Flash experience, and a little bit of PHP/MYSQL experience.* **Also, we have several more projects almost identical to this one, and the winning bidder of this project will be favored for our future projects (assuming that he/she performs well on this task): Description of Project: An urban, multi-ethnic, American church needs a redesign of their existing website. We've done some initial work but we're running out of time to complete because of other projects we're doing ourselves. If you're the winning bidder you'll do the following: 1) Take our existing template (currently in Adobe ImageReady) and modify it so that the end user can easily update the text in the different boxes on the front page. Most text on other pages should be easily changed this way as well. (a JPG of the template is attached, we'll send the full layered Photoshop document to the winning bidder). 2) Create Flash to scroll news in the "latest news" box on the left side of the template. This news should be easily changed by the end user, and should be linkable/clickable to take visitors to the full news story. 3) You'll modify the attached "front page" to create a similar design for all additional website pages. 4) You'll take all the information on the current website (not a whole lot) and will move it into the new site (into the categories listed across the top of the attached template image). The current website is here: [login to view URL] What we're looking for in a coder: YOU should be able to meet deadlines and have a good feedback rating. You should also provide us with samples of your work that show us that you can create good code but (maybe more importantly) that you can create graphically beautiful websites.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work in all browsers including IE, Firefox, Safari. PHP/MYSQL preferred. Some Flash required.
