Flash Game

This is a project for one of our companies, www.nitrousplanet.com. We need a Flash game developed. It is a racing game, and if it goes well we will hire you again to improve the game. On the first version of the game, which we will call Beta version, players can download the .exe version of it and race drag racing. We want a game like [login to view URL] but on a MUCH smaller scale. The player starts with $0 and 1 car. Then, they can go to race track and race 1 of 3 computer racers. There's no turning on the game, since it is drag racing with mod cars. If the user beats the level 2 computer race, for example, he wins $500 in game money and can buy parts for the car. Since this is a small scale version of the game and our budget is low we'll keep it simple, keep it at about 5 parts on the first version. Again, if all goes well we will hire you again for the improved game, with a higher budget. ---OPTIONAL - IF OR BUDGET ALLOWS YOU TO DO THIS: ----- On this version of the game, IF POSSIBLE, we'd like users to be able to register and chat in a chatroom inside the game. The administrators of the game can kick disrutpive users out, promote users to administrators or moderators, details will be given later. We want it like that but smaller scale.
