First looking for a winning layout.

Once I find someone that can draw up a nice layout...will win my next project posted which will be to implement the design.

MUST KNOW HOW TO REDESIGN A PHP SITE AND ADD SECTIONS AS WELL IF I DESIRED. So some web design is mandatory.
