Build an Online Survey -Web Site- . 1Page Website Login . The URL link will allow applicants to enter a web page with an initial registration/login page, providing a username & password to each user in order to allow them to re log into the page. · The website will include a questionnaire with a static list of questions but with different flow processes triggered by applicants’ answers. · The session should be saved at any time to allow the applicant to complete it later. · The applicants will be required to upload documents, the number of which will vary according to types of applicants and will be later viewed/extracted by applicant. Also the website should automatically compress the files. · The default language of the website will be in English and Arabic. · The questionnaire will be in 4 languages, the language will appear according to what the applicant chooses it to be. We will initially launch the survey with Arabic and English and later on add another 2 languages · We will need to receive the raw data results of the surveys in an Excel row data matrix. We need different spreadsheets per country the applicant has applied from. · We will need to be able to access the website to determine the response rate, number of completed surveys, incomplete surveys(whether they will be completed later or the respondent has decided not to continue the survery) and at what question incomplete surveys were stopped. .
