PSD to Wordpress (with some requirements)

Hello guys,

I have attached the JPGs files, and I'll send the PSDs after awarding. I need you guys to transform the PSD into a functional Wordpress blog. It has to be a clean, well organized and professional code. All the requirements are described at the JPGs files and here. The layout doesn't need to be responsive for small devices. You can use twitter bootstrap if you think that will speed the development.

Please download the zip attached here, take a look at all the pictures and read all the instructions needed. I won't accept amateurs here, and need to finish this in the following week . I'm looking for a professional and long-term relationship.

Important things:

- I'll validate your HTML, CSS and Javascript code within the W3C rules at [url removed, login to view]

- The layout will have to be pixel-perfect copy from the PSD

- I need it working on IE 10, IE 11, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

- I need 2 layouts, one for the main page and one for every other pages.

Requirements:

- Adding/Editing news on the main page

- I will provide PHP scripts that should be integrated and customized for the website design.

- Past last bitcoin price from [url removed, login to view] 's live data feed

- Design choose language dropdown menu

- Rotating featured images (the big picture at the top should be a changing picture) including a DOWNLOAD button. Clicking on the featured image should bring the user to a new page detailing the promotions.

- Clicking on a youtube video's screenshot image, a window should pop-up by javascript (e.g. you can jquery pop-up script) and the video should start automatically. In this window should be a small banner with the DOWNLOAD button under the video.

- Facebook like button, facebook follow, twitter follow, google follow

- Twitter wall

- Newsletter

- Contact form

- At the very bottom insert gray keywords on black background for better google ranking. Instert this image: [url removed, login to view] . The design files don't include this, but need additionally.
