Create a one-page website that shows and compares the time in different countries (using PHP and jQuery)

Create a website that shows a map (World, Europe, USA) using the jqvmap plugin ([login to view URL]). When clicking on a country show the local time. Button to switch in between am/pm and 24 hours time format. Button to switch in between 00:00 and 00:00:00 time format. Button to switch in between UTC / CET / GMT ... time zones. On the bottom a list. After clicking on a country on the map you can add it to the list. The first country on the list is the reference. Every further country on the list is beeing comapred wih the first regarding the time zone. e.g. 6pm - Germany (Berlin) - UCT+1 5pm - Great Britain (London) - UCT ... [Button to clear List or a certain entry] [Buttons to move entries up and down] Some countries have different time zones. When clicking on a country with more than one time zone you will need to choose the time zone from a list on the right side of the map.
