One way links required

This is for Serious Link Builders Only. No Spam Sites, Link Farms, Web Rings, etc. I require 50 INBOUND (one way) links to my site. My site has a PR6. The link should be from a google indexed page of atleast PR4. That is the PR of the home page does not matter but the PR of the page where the link is located should have atleast PR4. For this reason you may submit my site to directories, blogs, forums which have the necessary PR. For the forums and blogs, I would give you a small write up which you would post on a page with atleast PR4. For the rest, I would provide you with the link text and description. After you complete the linking process I would require an excel file(any common format would do) with the exact URL of the page linking to me and NOT just the homepage URL of the site. Also, I have about 30 sites already linking to me. So you would have to exclude these while doing your job. I will provide you with this list. If you have any clarifications, please clear them before starting the project as I do not want/have the time for a controversy in the middle of the project. I am completely open for questions etc from anyone. My budget is around $50.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
