google maps pin project with lines between pin points

I need a programmer with google maps skills to make the following features. Show a blue pin for each "latitude/longitude" point from a list. Being able to click the pin and see a speech bubble with detailed information "just bla bla text". Above the image have a string of points - if clicked they will also show the "pin" selected on the map. All these pins will be connected with red lines - where the first point in the list will be connected with the next and so on. I will provide url with inspiration on how it should work.
