TLC to Joomla-built, NFP website

Our website, [login to view URL] needs some proper Joomla Tender Loving Care and structuring to grow and go forward. As technology director, I'm not exactly the hands on coder but the person getting the data online and frankly, Joomla is very new to me. Here's what I think we need at this time, I'm open to suggestions of other upgrades of the site, which would be tasked in additional jobs, of course. I think we'd like someone who can work with us in an ongoing capacity - via [login to view URL] or simply as a volunteer. A) An Easy to use and "bug free" well-tested, front end editor B) Narrower "yellow box" (navigation links area) C) Navigation links across the top and bottom of the page no longer work and have to be hard coded in template. We'll need to be able to easily change these items, while keeping the "handwriting font" look & feel.? D) K2 setup for news/blog entries and styled attractivly.? E) Styles - where I can have different "boxes" on an article in diff colors ? (green #669933 - red #ff6633 - blue #9900ff) ? ? F) Is it possible to have the ability to select or assign the display tempate (1 column, 2 column, "2column with no Nav menu") for a page when where the page is entered G) properly setup catagories & Sections possible sections: donations volunteer press administrative - contact us, home page, about us....
