549277 PHP / E-Mail work for our joomla project

We have a user called "agency" in our joomla project. This type of user should be able to create new entrys into a database for new clients by calling and using our existing/working form. The form for agency registration is already created (made with chronoforms) and the data will be saved in table “data agency”. To check the agency data (after agency registration has been done) and attached files, we need a link in our menu to display all data. Menu > Administration > Agency Each new entry, that will be created by a agency has to get automatic the ID of agency in database (if the form (we have a field in there for agency number) was filled out by a agency of cause). The automatic ID creation is already working. You maybe have to modify the registration of joomla, that joomla will send a copy of registration email to agency and the user itself. The solution should looks like: The agency can fill out the registration form and can enter there thier agency number. The system takes the number and change it to email adress and send the registration email to client and agency. So the agency can login with client pw/username and create a entry for him. You need good skills (PHP and mysql) to solve the task. You will also need some time to get into our "system" / scripts. Some simple rules for working with us: !!!
