Help with Mail filtering (SmartSieve) on Elastix Server 2.4.0

On a vps server we are running Elastix 2.4.0 as our voip server only, and recently use it also as our email server. Elastix postfix and cyrus-imapd are using virtual mailbox that have been created using webinterface of Elastix. Email is already working fine. We already install SmartSieve, but having trouble to login. All mail users are virtual users but we fail to login when using those credentials So no users can login into Smartsieve and make his/hers own rules. We also would like some hlp to make a few basis rules. Like mail from " " will be place in folder "to do" We are looking for some that is very good with Elastix 2.4.0 and have lot of knowledge of SmartSieve. The working of the Elastix 2.4.0 must be guarantee. Work will be done on a test machine. We do not think this will take a lot of time, we are estimating that work should be done in 1 hour. When users on test machine can login into SmartSieve and make and apply rules, we will sent emails to test working of rules. Work is complete when we can apply all modifications on production machine. Budget is between $20 - $30
