PHP developer with or wants PhalconPHP exp

We are looking to hire 2 - 3 developers with good PHP / JS / HTML5 skills working with MVC frameworks. Our projects are built using PhalconPHP mvc framework, using the multi module usage. More about the project, Server-side we are using Chef, nginx, php-fpm, Redis, Nagios, mongodb, node.js and GIT. Client-side we are using PhalconPHP, PHP5, Bootsctrap3, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5 and a cloud IDE, (Cloud9) for developers. Most of our projects are based on development logic flows relating to CRM, CMS and automation support tools for the real estate industry. Please answer the following in your post; 1.
