Consulting - WPEC or Woo - Product Catalog - Project Plan

Looking for consulting/training time with someone that has created product catalogs using the following information. I have started a more detailed list of requirements as a Microsoft Word document that will be provided to successful bidder or via chat I would like consulting via Skype/Email/Online chat. Please state hours you are available according to New York/Eastern US time. I am a little flexible on timing. Please state your availability until end Sept 2014. May require more time at beginning at go live stages. Please review these details below and when you apply, respond with your direct experience with each of these items (or state otherwise). GENERAL 1. Wordpress + WPEC or Woo (or similar) 2. Comparison of plugin WP-ecommerce-catalog-visibilityandemailinquiry and similar. These allow prices to be shown for specific user roles, disable shopping cart, shipping, etc and turn WPEC (or Woo) into a product catalog. 3. General procedure for setting up a dev. site, adding content, taking an old live site down, migrating users, and bring up new site. Plus testing procedures. Prefer experience with Godaddy. USERS 1. There will be an registration process for anonymous site visitors with human approval to "dealer" user role. 2. "dealer" user role shows pricing. 3. You should have experience with CIMY and/or User role editor. a. Creating custom user forms. b. Experience with importing users from a MySQL database preferred (via CSV/Excel) 4. Create a special data entry view for an admin user role to review registrations and approve/deny. 5. Customized email generation. PRODUCTS 1. Add custom fields 3. Change price field to a text box. 4. Related products via product search and check boxes. 5. Create a special data entry view for an admin user role to add/edit/delete/etc product and category data. The theme is pretty simple with 1. logo at top 2. left - nav and dealer login 3. on all page templates a main content area 4. the only exception is the single product details template which will need a right sidebar for specific product details 5. footer with copyright notice and possibly navigation
