database transfer

I have posted this project before. But I can't contact with the coder anymore. He finished 99% part1 of the project(just some changes that need to make). As for part2, he finished 60%-70%. If you want, I can send you all his work to you. I post the project again:

I am looking for programmer to trasnfer my existing db to wordpress db. It will be great if you are know wordpress well.

There are 3 things you need to do:

1. You need to write a script to transfer the db to wordpress db. I write down all the information in the excel file, so that you will know which field transfer to which field.

2. Besides db trasnfer, I will also use Exec-PHP([url removed, login to view]) to show some data in the post. So you need to write some php code, so that I can show the data correctly in each posts.

3. I want the front page to show the latest post, best rated post(I using this plugin [url removed, login to view]) and the editor choice post.
