image sharing script modification

im am looking for a Chevereto 2.5.9 modification:

The theme need to be inspire by this one [url removed, login to view]

- New theme ( flat theme) easy for me to modify

-in the upload section i need a checkbox private or not. (gona be show or not in gallery)

-Adult content check box

- i need a gallery galley preview on the main page

- i need a gallery page related to the preview..

and couple of things like possibility to add tag on description when you upload picture and add a tagcloud on the main page below the preview gallery

I only hire freelancer with experience with that kind of work.

portfolio or exemple of the skill is important
