829 Current site made compatible for mobile devices

I need an expert in US mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, Android, etc) to take a current website that uses some Flash components, html, javascript, php and extensive use of CSS and make it compatible for mobile devices. The overall look and function of the site needs to be maintained and currently works very well. Biggest issue is taking the Flash components and using something similar (does NOT have to be an exact match to the live site) to get the site to work on mobile devices. Specifically the main page is a Flash carousel that could be re-written using xFlow (as it looks and works like the coverflow application). You may code it static as well - in other words you have freedom to recreate the Flash components in the easiest and best method to work on mobile devices. There is a media player in Flash (plays .flv files) that needs to be compatible. There is a contact form currently using Flash that I have in photoshop (PSD) that could be coded into a regular php form (or again whatever is easiest and best). There is a simple sign up form that uses Flash that you can code any way you want to to work on the mobile device. There are some rollover functions attached to buttons that do not work on the mobile side so probably a simple conversion to click instead of mouseover would work. The rest of the site seems to work well on mobile however I would like for the expert working on this project to test the site to make sure it will work on the mobile side. It is important that all changes made will NOT affect the web side of the site so some detection of mobile application will be needed and if a mobile device is used, direct to the mobile compatible side. Again, any and all changes made can NOT affect the current web site, only the mobile compatibility. Thank you for looking and considering this project.
