Rebuild of our MRTG SNMP bandwidth monitoring server

We are a Web Hosting and bandwidth provider . Any server we rent is connected to a dedicated port from one of our cisco catalyst hardware . To be able to monitor the bandwidth used on each port we are using a special server running a special software based in php . The software is knowed under name "promonitor" but was not sell very much out . This tool was buy 5 years back to a company that disapear and we do not longer have any support for this server . Most of the option of this server are general view with mrtg from any port in use on our network ,yearly usage ,monthly usage,weekly usage,daily usage and 95th percentile . The customer is able to get is own login and password to check mrtg and usage from any server rented with us . We got some problem with the initial server and we moved all the files to a new server based under fedora core . The tool is well working for the most important options but a lot of litle options are no longer working or not work correctly . For exemple we where able to assign name from the customer and ip to the monitored port is no longer working . When we select a port to be monitored for exemple port 11 we see on the switch port 10 enable etc etc . This software was build by hand by the programmer of the company i have buy it and is in old php code . I believe that any good php programmer should be able learn the working of the software and fix all that is still not working like we want . If you believe that you have a lot of experience in php and you are motived to lose some hours to have this tool working back like normal make me a proposal .
