Create Web Based Craigslist Auto Post tool

I would like to create a web based Carigslist auto posting tool with basic and addon features. Some of the add-on features will be 3rd party and need to integrate. The entire function should have all the features and addons as found in the windows based software at the website clbotpro dot com. I would like this built to run in a Joomla based CMS and use PHP. I am attaching a demo copy of clbotpro.
