WHM reseller account script fixing

I have a WHM Reseller account and have a script where users can register and an online shop is created for them. Each time a shop is created they have there own Cpanel account auto created in the backend.

This script allows the user to select a subdomain, new domain or preowned domain. Upon selecting the latter 2 options the user pays the difference via PayPal and is redirected back to the website for the store creation process. This is where the problem is.

Problem-

After payment is successfully processed the user gets a message 'payment failed'

After payment the user does not get redirected to the process of creating the store to complete the whole shop creation process.
