ERP System

I am looking for someone who has already built ERP system in the? past and/or has? the ability to create the system? for small-medium sized company similar to the one at [login to view URL] I'm not planning to RE-SALE the software but am strictly looking for someone to make one but? not necessarily have all the features as iCode. I just want to get an idea on the cost of this type of project. For **NOW** I would need: * Inventory Control - Drop Shipping functions * Purchasing * Sales Force Automation * E-Commerce * CRM * Contact Manager * Email Communication * Marketing/ROI * Shipping/Receiving * Return Authorization (RMAs) * Reports **LATER** on I would want to add: * US Payroll * Groupware communication * Point of Sale * PDA Integration * and some others As of right now, I would like these developed and implemented and would keep posting projects (most likely to the same developer) until the application is finished and complete. An important factor here: I'm talking about purchasing the source code for all the work done and would prefer it to be done on .NET platform and using MS SQL database but am open to other options. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win
