Nice Big Project, for Thinkers

We need a company or person to build for us a control/that will allow for a user to open/view a pdf form, fill it out, and then save locally the form with all entered and selected items for either later viewing or editing.. We are open to a many suggestions and ideas you have to solve this problem for us, please give outline of the solution, cost and rough timeline It will need to work in .net There is a lot of very technical information on the adobe website about the construction and code behind making a pdf and how they work, please do your homework on this and then tell us what you are thinking. We do not have a firm budget on this but we are very interested in the project getting done correctly ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
