Small scale php/mysql coding job including text message functionality

The project requires a proficient coder/coders to create the functionality for a website to collect phone numbers and email addresses given by users, store them in a database, and send out either a text message or email to them on a pre-defined time each day (ie. cronjob). The information that is used in the text message/e-mail will be created in a very simple backend system which requires authentication and allows for easily adding daily messages to be sent at the predefined times. The backend should allow for adding multiple stores, each with separate logins, and should allow those stores to add up to 30 days of messages to be sent each day at the predefined time. When a text message or email is sent to a user, the user can reply to the text message with a 1 or a 0 indicating the user wants the offer or doesn't want the offer. If the user responds with a 1, the user should then be given another message with a listing of options. Based on the users answer to those options, a confirmation email should be sent to a administrative user, and also to the cell phone, itemizing the order. We will be using php/mysql, and we need to have this project completed by December 5, 2007. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web Standards Compliant, PHP, MYSQL.
