1) File Synchronization
Choose direction of data transfer ??" to device, to system or bi-directional
Once Flash drive is inserted the system should scan and report on the file/folder suggested updates
Choose folders/files to synchronize.
Option: Include subfolder
Option: Only update files modified in the past ____ days or include all files regardless o modification date.
Please see Ahead Nero Software for good example of synchronization. Files on disc that were modified or are new to folder appear in black, for signal to update, all others are grayed out. Also folders that contain new or modified files appear in black (see above). ‘Add’ button launches new window for Windows Explorer directory of C: drive etc.
**2) Password Protect**
Establish password to access contents of Flash drive or data on iPod.
Offer recovery option if password forgotten.
3) Mobile Email
Port Outlook address book, messages, inbox, and configuration to Flash drive / ipod and synchronize at request.
When at internet café of other temp. use computer, you can have full use of your complete Outlook email message book, address book, inbox, outbox, sent, and configurations as long as Outlook is installed on the computer.
Or utilize Flash drive as a primary repository of email.
4) Private Internet
Divert internet activities to Flash drive including: favorites, cookies, temp/cached files, browser history log, URL auto-complete list, URL drop-down list, recent file list, etc.
Use public systems without leaving traces behind. Also, transfer internet settings from one PC to another.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete and WELL DOCUMENTED source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
