Add new functions to a job portal.

Are creating a bilingual (English/French) job board portal by a fully customizable software ([login to view URL]), we would like to add some new following functions to the portal. 1. Integrate this portal to an existing CMS and add a Forum + a Q&A section. The layouts and header/footer etc. need to be matched to the overall existing CMS website. About the Forum and the Q&A section, you can advise me about the Open Source software used for them. 2. Improve Alerts Service: - Job Seekers and Employers should not only specify their alerts being triggered by specific keyword(s) (function already exists in Jamit software), but also be able to set up/modify/delete multiple job/resume alerts and should only get those jobs/resumes via email for which they have set up alerts. - These jobs/resumes would then be sent to them either individually or in form of daily/weekly/(number of days) digests, as preferred. 3. Offer users the option to import their Facebook/LinkedIn (and Other Social Networks) profile information into the account creation process. Add Birthday Wish Module - Module will automatically sent email containing Birthday wishes on job seekers birthday. The total buget for all of those functions cannot exceed $250. You can do all of those new functions or only some of them. Money will be paid only escrow and will not be released until the project (or the function) is complete in time. If the project (or the function) is dragged, payment will not be released. Please only bid if you are familiar with the Jamit board structure, can provide sample work or demos, accept the budget and the payment condition above.
