We are looking for a Developer who can develop a complete system from scratch : ~ Complete informative Calling Card/Call Back site needs to be designed. ~ User Account Management Required (User can see his calls history, calling card purchases, buy time through PAYPAL/payment gateway etc.) ~ Re-seller Module (Re-seller who will sell our call times to retail customer, his account should be managed by system) ~ Asterisk PBX integration/installation on server ~ A2Billing integration with User/Reseller account ~ Integration of DID number/SIM Modem with local system & server. ~ Fully functional Admin Panel ~ Automated Functionality of Call Back (with proper IVR announcement) ~ Web to call request functionality ~ Spoofing caller ID (managed by Admin) ~ Generation of Different Denominations of Calling Cards and integrate data with system. ~ Printing of Calling card PIN on Cards/pre-printed security coupons ~ Mobile Dialer for Android, iPhone, Windows etc. Supportable for all networks and environments. ~ Auto switching of call routes based of best rates from different providers. ~ Integration of SMS to recharge (by sending short code SMS from re-seller to our system. Our system will recharge end-users account instantly) ~ CMS pages (for Site for further announcements) ~ Testimonials ~ Load testing of entire system ~ At least 3 months support required. ~ after successful start of venture, additional features also required for which we will discuss later. Requirement: + We need this project to be fully functional in 15 days or so. + We expect bids from experienced developers only.
