We need someone to write a responsive mobile version of our web site

We currently have a web site and require a version of the site for mobile. Our web site has 3 main page types and the developer will have to make a set of mobile pages for these 3 main page types, but for two types of mobile environments... 1) for mobile phones and 2) for tablets. We want a different responsive design for mobile phones and for tablets because of the difference in screen sizes. So this means that the 3 main page types will become 3 main pages for mobile phones and another 3 main pages for tablets. The final pages must be responsive, which means that the screen size will ajust to the dimensions of the device it is being displayed on. This work must be done in CSS and simple html (html 5). We will provide the design in the form of an image and the developer will use that to create the mobile pages in CSS. You must be an expert in CSS and mobile web design. Please provide samples of your mobile work that we can access using our mobile phones and tablets. Thank you
