Photo Sharing website, with users able to register and have their own profile and share images, with facebook comments / thumbs up for FB, linkedIn, Twitter, Google+ i want an easy, usable website including the graphic design! more information is in the attachments.
I have far more detailed notes which i will give to those who can show me previous work in the above mentioned areas.
Site must be secured against XSS and SQL Injection attacks (code will be looked into during milestones)

Milestone payments
25% of the site complete = 25% payment
50% of the site complete = 50% payment
80% of the site complete = 60% payment
100% of the site complete = 100% payment
Prefer MySQL and PHP as I would like to run it off a linux box
There is only 1 product but many variations
The submit image page and the submit product page can be the same thing, just with a drop down to change between the two
We are not selling products and there is no payment options needed (the buy/price info relates to the submitter)
Once complete the coder may NOT build a clone website using the same code, i wish to remain anonymous, this includes not showing future clients the above site, there is most likely to be ongoing work after this, so hoping to find a good developer.
