Real estate/construction company website

Website is to be built for a small l construction and real estate company preferably using Joomla or maybe wordpress as well. Please do not bid without reading all requirements below. Please also explain what platform you will use and what extensions/plugins you will use. 1. Standard homepage, with flash slides, navigation menu etc. 2. Few other static pages like about us, our services etc. etc. 3. A Contact Us page 4. News board Company news will be posted here. Any major extension or plugin can be used. 5. Blog/Discussion board - Any major extension or plugin can be used. 6. Member registration page 7. Member Login page 8. An owner and Tenant portal. This is majorly built using a project management Extension for example projectfork in Joomla or any other that best matches. This is a construction and property management company. So in this area the tenants or owners of house will login and they will be able to see the details of their rented property or status and progress of their home construction project. At minimum this portion of website will have look and feel as explained in the attached picture ([login to view URL]) For tenant it will be little different but I think a project management extension should be able to handle that too. Basically for tenant all it will be is a page listing the details for their property which can be same as the project for owners.. 9. A for sale property search page. You can use the real estate extensions available in joomla. I am not sure which one is best I hope you will choose the best one. I would like for you to build a very professional looking and extremely impressive looking website, something that you will be able to brag about in your portfolio.
