Before posting the project specifications, I would like to explain the type of payments I'd like to make, and tell you why I would like to make payments the way I want, that way I don't waste your time with reading the project details, and so everything is completely transparent. In more simple words, if you were to give me a bid of $5000 for the project, and you finished the project within for example 3 months. You would continue to receive payments of $400 dollars for the remaining 9 1/2 months until the whole payment $5000 is reached.
