User can create his or her own channel or business channel like youtube user after uploading the video admin should have rights to review video, with admin permission only video should display public upto that time video should be display on admin area and user area only. on video play page if any one like video "thumbs up" if dislike "thumbs down"...more video description video sharing, send to friend so on should be there. if video got permission from admin video should be display in public.
