Short timeline - DUE September 30 UP AND RUNNING. PART TIME and ONLY TEMPORARY JOB. Budget: Accepted bids will be between $150 - $250. PLUS $25 BONUS if content is done by Sep 23. and additional PLUS $25 BONUS if you have it up and working online by Sep 30 - please plan on posting and testing prior to the due date - there are always issues with this part of the process!! TOTAL possible $50 bonus!!! We have a website that has been designed and is almost done, but it needs to be completed. We hired a great freelancer website designer that was great working with, and he got the design and content going. However, he doesn't have time to finnish. He will guide and answer questions if you have any. You must be knowledgeable and expereinced in creating and finnishing a dynamic website design& development & with contents. Also adding pages, design elements, interactive elements, etc. Your job is to confirm that everything is working, links working, facebook links, submission links, interactive elements, etc and fixing as necessary. Website should be able to include Videos, and your quote should include optimizing and posting 3 videos. Must be linked / integrated with our facebook, youtube, social media, etc. (These videos may be after the fact depending on when we get the video footage to you - this should not hold up the development process and you should finalize everything else.) Multiple Pictures will be provided for you to include. You must have attention to detail to format text to be consistant and fix any issues. You should include or inform us to include anything else to make the site modern and useable - include in your quote. This includes incorporating a plug-in type application in wordpress for an interactive map and adding pages where people click on for different content. Site Includes; 15-30+ Dynamic web pages 5 Flash design (or similar) in the home page and one common static banner for all inner pages. Administrator can edit the page content. Administrator can add image to page content Administrator can upload files & video and put a link in page content. • 3-5 Dynamic forms – Contact Us, Testimonials, Newsletter sign-up (should feed into our mailchimp services), etc. • Content Management System (CMS) Software, CMS Installation and Integration & Control Panel / Admin Panel Final website must be hosted via a popular hosting service like godaddy. It must be DONE and READY TO GO and UPLOADED. Final milestone will not be released until we are able to verify by YOU publishing, uploading, etc and we verify site works. Please plan on there to be UPDATES and ADJUSTMENTS - there always seems to be minor bumps along the way. It must include; SEO, Metatag optimization, Text & image animation, search engine friendly pages, google analytics & maps integration capabilities and cross-browser testing and rollout. Please provide any latest website(s) that you may have developed recently as samples, so we evaluate your skills, your pricing (not hourly), etc. Need good quality, cost-advantage people who can deliver this on-time. Website should compatible with all browsers & mobile devices. You are responsible for editing pictures, resizing, optimizing, etc. Also doing a final spellcheck for spelling errors and either correcting or asking us for correct spelling. Your quote must include room for updates to content / edits to design. You must provide all source files, info, etc. ALL FILES for final payment. You release all ownership to design and site. NOT YOUR COPYRIGHT, must be ours. Skills: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design, Website Management, Wordpress You must have strong communication skills in English. You must provide status updates and communicate when you are out of the office and not available so we know.
