Website designed and implemented

I am looking for someone experienced in web design who has great PHP expertise for the creation and implementation of a new website. I will not go in to detail too much about what the website is about but it is focused on streaming live webcam images from venues around the world (the streaming webcam implementation is done by an external developer, these skills are not required). We would like a professional and attractive design for the website, we already have a logo. I will now go in to detail of what is exactly needed for the website. We require a registration set up for organisations to sign up using a username/email and a password. After registration they should be able to sign up in to a control panel. Here they have several options, these will be discussed below. These organisations are signing up to have their own page on our website, a page for their webcam. There will be two different pages, for now we will call them package 1 and package 2. Package 1 will have a webcam image size 640/480. Below the image there will be the following: Company description, 5 star rating system, digital clock to show live time in that country, a table showing the opening times, a Google Map, social media interaction buttons such as 'share', 'like' 'tweet', a profile picture section like Facebook to display the company logo, a section to show small thumbnails of snapshot images taken from the webcam, a section to show small thumbnails of snapshot videos taken from the website; an events section where the company can list upcoming events. Package 2 is more simple and will have a webcam imgage size 640/480. Below the image there will be the following: Company description, 5 star rating system, digital clock to show live time in that country, a table showing the opening times, a Google Map, social media interaction buttons such as 'share', 'like' 'tweet', a profile picture section like Facebook to display the company logo. Back to the control panel for clients, here they will be able to view announcements and news from ourselves, they will be able to edit account details, they will be able edit page details (opening times, events, profile picture etc), they will be able to add a webcam themselves. Those are the main functions of the website. One other to add is the navigation to search for webcams. We will have a simple search bar to find webcams by keyword and we will have several drop down menus to search by country, city etc. Please get in touch if you are willing to get started.
